Coffee Hour Schedule-January-April 2012
CAREFULLY CHECK THE ENTIRE LIST TO SEE IF YOU SERVE THIS QUARTER

PLEASE READ:  Your Diaconate Board believes coffee hours are a continuation of worship through fellowship.  Your help in baking, serving and greeting people at these coffee hours is another form of ministry in our church.  As always, we appreciate everyone’s help in making our coffee hours successful.

If you are unable to prepare cookies and/or work on the day you are assigned, it is up to you to find a replacement or change with someone on the list.  Each person is to bring at least 3 dozen cookies; couples should bring at least 6 dozen.  The first name on the list will need to call their committee to remind them of the date cookies are needed and if they are to work.
