• Teacher Recognition Sunday: We are looking forward to celebrating the Sunday School teachers and giving Bibles to First graders on May 17. We have a few Sunday School children participating in the service that day, and the Praise Choir will sing as well. With grateful hearts, we thank: Terri Merritt, Emily Franklin, Chris Hubbard, Kathy Jeppesen, Scott Horn, Tim Hyde, Madison Mahone, and substitute, Emily Suchowolec. Also, a large part of CE is Mary Snow and Lexi Riley in the Nursery, and Candy Outman, who send kids to Sunday School when they sing and teach our Preschoolers as well. Our PF Youth Group leaders are: Claude Johnson, Lexi, Tim, Emily F. are another group of dedicated Christian teachers.
• VBS Rainforest Falls has a Decorating Workshop on Sat., May 2 from 10-2. We will meet in Fellowship Hall. If you have a hot glue gun, scissors, and pen, feel free to bring them with you. We will be painting some things and gluing others so please wear old clothes. You need not stay the whole time. This can be a drop in for a while and you can take some of the items home to work on them.
