• Sunday School Classes are still on break until September. We need Sunday School teachers this
fall. Mentoring is available, curriculum is planned out, and materials laid out for you. We will continue using Group’s Simply Loved program this fall. Days start with a video from an animal character, then kids go to their respective rooms. If you can provide one Sunday per month, please contact Fran at gibbsf7714@gmail or (616) 232-1131. Groups are Pre-K to 1st Grade, 2nd to 5th Grade, and Middle School. Classes meet at 9:30 on Sunday mornings.
• VBS Recap: We had 42 children registered with an average daily attendance of 40. Thank You All for volunteering for the event, providing snacks, supplies, cash, time, decorating, making decorations, and praying for our success. Feedback from parents was very positive.
• Our next event is Blessing of the Backpacks in August. We will be collecting school supplies and providing a handy list for you starting July 19. The school supplies should be out at stores by then
