• Deacons monitor security, sound, projection, and camera recording during the service. If you are on the schedule to perform any of these tasks, please be at church by 10:00 AM. Mic check for guest musicians, children’s message, and liturgist all need to be set before worship. Coming to work the system at 10:25 or later, just doesn’t work and is rude to our guests.
• Did you know that the Deacons give out gas cards to those in need? Our proceeds come from flowers at Easter and Christmas and the Christmas Eve services. We do have a drop box in the Narthex if you feel moved to contribute to the Deacon Discretionary Fund. Pastor Ed meets with recipients of the help to discuss their personal needs. Our congregation attendees always come first before we help others.
